Stayed here as a stop over with JAL. Good thing about this hotel is that it has free Wi Fi in the rooms as many of the transit hotels in Nartia including branded hotels do not. We had alacarte dinner up on the top floor, which was nice and the bar has great views of the planes flying in and... More

I read the other reviews about this place on tripadvisor - and am mystified at the many positive reviews. I was shown to 4 different rooms after I complained about the first one that I was assigned. All were old, threadbare and gross. Yes, it is a transit hotel, but the rooms are u-g-l-y and in desperate need of renovation... More

Well, you normally don't expect too much from a transit hotel, specially after a Indiana-Jones style adventure in a transit hotel in Beijing so this one was a pleasant surprise. The bus transfer from the airport is quite easy and takes about 10 min. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, check-in was very quick. Our luggage was carried... More

I got stuck in NRT airport and this hotel proved to be very convenient and clean. I got a single room ( without breakfast) for 6000 JP yen which was small but spotless. The bathrooms was retrofitted into the room so the bathroom walls are feel more temporary. The bathroom style is like those all one piece retrofit types with... More

We stayed one night following a longhaul journey to Japan. It took about 10 minutes by free shuttle bus to the hotel from Terminal 2 and the bus was very easy to find. I'd booked the higher class "concept" rooms; they were OK, not as big or as posh as I'd imagined but clean, comfortable and well equipped. Checkin was... More

You don't expect too much from an airport hotel for an overnight transit and this was perfectly ok. The shuttles to and from the airport run wihout a problem. The room we had was quite adequate and clear -- it was not too big and the bed was more ok than brilliantmbut again it was fine for the night and... More

We have been to Japan a few times, but we will never forget our favorite hotel. Nikko Narita is a beautiful, luxurious facility with gourmet food and staff who really know how to make you feel at home and spoil you. One floor was dedicated to gaming. A video gamers haven! So much to do inside and out. If you... More

We'd planned on spending our 12+hour layover AT Narita airport, only to see that they closed at night (hard to believe with it being an international airport!). Our taxi driver was kind enough to use his phone to call this hotel and get my husband and I a room. They were so very polite, spoke English (at least, well enough... More

I stayed at Nikko Narita since I missed a connection from Narita. The hotel is so close from NRT and shuttle buses operate frequently. The front desk staff is very courteous and efficient. The rooms themselves are fairly small, but comfortable, especially if it just to sleep. The TV is super small and so is the bathroom. The restaurant and... More
