My boyfriend and I stayed here after an amazing week, in Japan, and were so disappointed with this last night in such an amazing country. This hotel was more disgusting than a freshman dormitory. The carpets were brown, patched, dusty, and falling apart. At first, the hallways looked like they were under construction, but nope...that's apparently how they look. We... More

Stayed overnight and it was alright. The rooms were clean and adequate for an overnight stay. Check in, check out were efficient and so were the staff and shuttle buses. More

We stayed here for 3 nights so that we could do a day trip to Disneyland on our brief stopover. The rooms were average, but perfectly clean. The facilities were more than adequate and the shuttle was great. Access for day trip to Disneyland and local Narita City were easy to navigate, More

Sure it's a run-down property, with scarred walls, peeling wallpaper and broken furniture, but it has always worked for the quick overnighter, and I have stayed here frequently over the last 4 or 5 years. But this stay was a collection of deeply disappointing surprises -- a rude shuttle bus driver (a first), incompetent lobby assistance that left people held... More

I decided to get a good night's rest before boarding a long flight.. booked the hotel from the hotel counter in Narita... the hotel has pick up and drop regularly... rooms are very basic.... no room service, coffee shop closes early.... the store stays open longer and stocks some amount of food but a large group can check in and... Unless one is living closer to the train tracks, you would not appreciate staying here, more so, when you have additional soundtrack of aircraft taking off throughout the night, and morning. Yes, welcome to Marroad International Hotel Narita. We checked in here on February 8 as our flight back to Kuala Lumpur is scheduled at 1030 on February 9. Just... More

We stayed at this hotel overnight enroute to Europe with Japan Airlines in December. Fortunately the accommodation was paid for by the airline, otherwise we would have been very dissatisfied with this hotel, even if their tariff was cheap. Despite requesting a non-smoking room the first room we were given was impossibly smokey. To the hotel's credit we were given another... More

This is an excellent large hotel near Narita Airport. I had a good view of airport runway from my 10th floor soundproof room. Room was a good size for a single compared to say Shinjuku or other Tokyo hotel. Choice of eating locations within hotel. Excellent cafe on ground floor (lobby). Very good well stocked convenience store on ground floor... More

We were stuck in Narita for a night waiting for our flight the following afternoon and decided on the Marroad due its economical perks (ie. cheap!). The place looks nice enough from outside and in the lobby. The gym is a total dump, only had up to 9kg in weights, a huge empty space with one broken treadmil and stains... More

This is a place to sleep and nothing else. Can't be beat for the price. You will get a small but completely adequate room that is clean, well ventilated and airconditioned, and usually quiet (unless they put you in the part of the building that is right above the rail tracks - to be avoided!). In winter the aircon is... More
