The hotel is long-established so that the room and the facilities are in old fashion. Shuttle bus is charged but not expensive. The food is fair. The onsen is not bad but a little bit small.

I stayed here with my boyfriend and friends for one night in Nov. I had searched around for various ryokans in Hakone before booking this one. For around 11,000Yen, dinner(a choice of Japanese/sashimi/steak/shabu shabu) and a breakfast buffet was included.
