Not only was the room small it smelt terribly of cigarettes when we complained they just said open window and gave us a spray very unhelpful also receptionists not very helpful when we wanted transport to Kobe in fact would not recommend this hotel as UIe receptionist was quite rude.

the rooms were big and very clean. The bathroom was a bit small but very clean and the toilet had the control panel that you normally get in public toilets. Nice view over the sea but the airport is a bit far so you cant see much of it. Overall, very nice.

Rooms are clean, service is good, wifi in lobby only, convenience store on-site.
