Although placed within a mall, hotel is quite nice and convenient for walking around, along the river and even to walk to the train station. If you dont want breakfast at the hotel, the mall offers quite a choice of coffee shops at very decent prices.

This hotel locates in a very good location, easy access to shopping mall.where you can find everything in there (eatting and shopping). Just 5 minitues walk to train station. Staffs is very attentive and friendly. Room is clean and comfortable.

Centrally located (near train station); huge hotel with smallish rooms, beds hard by our standards. I traveled in March tot he Grand Hyatt Fukuoka. The people were simply amazing. The service of the staff was excellent. Pros 1. Walking distance to many locations in Fukuoka. Stayed here during cherry blossom season (end March 2013). Good location - 10 minutes' walk to both main train stations : Hakata and Tienjin. Attached to Canal City shopping mall.
