I must have been used to staying in small room of Japanese "business hotel." This was better than other rooms in Japan for this business trip in Japan. It's a bulk standard hotel but the staff were helpful, the room was large enough. I have no complaints.
The hotel is about 2 minutes walk from the main crossroads in town and there is parking available next door. I'd go back.
