We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was helpful and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Japanese beds are very firm and this hotel also had VERY FIRM pillows. This hotel have big rooms, comfortable and clean. Big working table and complimentary internet connection that is fast. There are floors that have kitchen facilities with cooking utensils. Shopping arcade is nearby.

I spent 6 nights at the Sasebo Central Hotel while attending a wedding and visiting friends. The management and staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I used the safe at the main reception desk to store my netbook computer and important documents and felt very secure doing it.
