+ location, very beautiful view of the mountains (luxe rooms), close to market, where you can buy not expensive fruits. - very small pillows! More

Best for budget traveller in Almaty of three tried. Newly renovated, clean and secure with excellent service, especially from Kamila who has very good English. 24 hour access with generous late check-out; lift to all floors. And at T3000, the cheapest by T1000. But typical of Kazakh hostels/hotels, receipts are not issued until departure. Paying by the day as I... More

This hotel is very well placed for the market across the road and the 4 & 6 trams. It only changes sheets and towels if you ask but no problems when asking. One of the best choices for the price but not what you would want to spend a lot of time in. More

Although placed in an ideal location - fairly central, opposite the main market and easy walking distance from the main shopping area and parks - the hotel itself is best avoided.
