Good: Fantastic Beach, Beautiful View, Loads of Privacy and a fairly nice pool.
Bad: Room was not clean at all!! I suggest maintenance step up and start taking their work seriously. There was no bottled water and the wireless costs were just insane. Breakfast is extremely expensive and its nothing special, basically not worth the amount you are forking out....

Rooms, views and services are just fantastic albeit a little run down. Food wise it's horribly terrible to be honest. So guests staying there DO NOT book with breakfasts.

The good:
The location was good, at the quiet end of the beach with good views, walking distance to shops/restaurants/wifi cafes (essential given hideous and unjustifiable wifi costs in the hotel). Also good bar facilities both in the swimming pool and on the beach. Sadly, all this is vastly outweighed by the bad.

We were on a budget so I booked the Federal Villa hotel which is the cheaper hotel part of this resort. We got upgraded to the holiday villa resort. Rooms ok & large, for the price they suited our requirements. Other reviews mention mosquitos in the rooms but the notices by the doors say to keep the Balcony doors closed...
