Location is good! Centre of town and walking distance to all places. This hotel looks old... Smell of the carpet & low ventilation... Hot water not really hot and low preasure. Blanket old like with lots hair stuck on it.. No wifi. Should upgrade all facilities here to worth what we pay.

stayed one night each on the way to/from Perhentian. Semi suite. Toilet wont flush properly. The elevator smells. And noise from the traffic junction. Then there was road repair between 3:30 - 4:00 infront of Parkson. We have now found out how to get to Perhentian without stop in Kota Bharu. Save time, money and sleepless nights.
