The good thing is this place being new is clean.The bad is there are mosquitoes everywhere. And the ugly is you need transport to anywhere except to the no big deal restaurant namely,Yati Ayam Percik - which is 5 minutes walk. Good hotel to stay. We can call it budget hotel, but enough to who want backpacking to Kelantan. Have wifi, aircond and tv with various choice channel.
This is a budget hotel. No two way about it. Rooms are small, furnitures minimal. I foresee a lot of maintenance issues in the future. I can already see wooden floors taped by celloPHane tapes? Threadbare linens. Pity.. I expected more.
