Bad knee enforced 3 nights at Mesilau whilst remainder of group tackled Mt Kinabalu. This place has had it. Badly run down and staffed by poory trained imported staff. We stayed in a Crocker Range Room (RM 315). Very basic double room smelling quite mouldy and looking very tired. Had to walk 300m through the pouring rain at night to the restaurant to report no hot water coming through the showerhead. Stayed in croaker range lodge for one nite-As a local, we feel very much cheated by the management. The room is musky, mouldy and smelly!
