I have always stayed in Promenade when in business in KK. One had good scenery of the ocean once you stepped outside and good club. hotel doesnt take good care of long term or regular customers. the rooms are old n not refurnish and smell. the only reason i stay is the location but now many new hotels are mushrooming there. the sea view at lower floors will soon be blocked by new shops n hotel in front.

The room has some aging smell from the carpet and shower screen. Breakfast food selection is pretty poor. Fried eggs supposed to be hot. Coffee served is of pretty low quality. Credit due to be given too. Reception staff are pretty efficient in handling check in and checkout. Bell boy is pretty helpful. Location is pretty good.
