This property is temporary closed Dungun, the mystique and charm of the local East Coast provides you with unspoilt natural splendors. Here lies Hotel UiTM, fronting the South China Sea on Teluk Lipat Beach opposite of Desa Dungun Golf Club. The serene seclusion, beautiful surroundings and year-round sunshine invite you to indulge yourself in a revitalizing and relaxing experience for both body and mind-The perfect respite from the stresses of daily life.
I stayed in this hotel for about 2 weeks. Here are the details: Location: No doubt the location is the USP for this property. In front you have golf club and on left hand side you have the beach. Its at a walking distance from the UiTM campus. Ambience: The ambience is just fine not the greatest but keeping in view this is a very small town hotel is providing decent place to stay. The rooms are quite big and furnishing is fresh. However not all rooms have LCD tv but rather old fashioned TVs. However not much channels on the offering. Restaurant: Though the hotel offers buffet breakfast but frankly if you are not a local resident you won't enjoy the food. Very few varieties on offer, no omelettes, sometimes half boiled eggs, few local dishes and white bread apart from 1-2 fruits and orange squash. Frankly you do not have much choice as well as nearby you won't find decent place to eat your food. Same is true for lunch and dinner. Staff: Staff are nice and friendly. The check-in process is quick and hassle free. Wi-Fi: Here is the catch, they do not offer Wi-Fi service in rooms. Only at hotel lobby they have Wi-Fi connectivity and that too very poor speed. Not good enough to run skype or whatsapp video call. So I would recommend you to have local SIM with 4G internet else you will have tough time communicating with your loved ones. Overall its a decent place to stay again I repeat considering its a very small town and you do not have much options to choose from.…

The hotel is a walking distance from UiTM Campus. Only need a walk with the smell of south sea ocean you will be amazed with the place. The UiTM itself is call a resort campus as the location is perfect face the ocean.

Just across the road from long stretch of beach with golf course opposite next to it, location is good. Wifi only available in lobby and cafe and signal is weak. Needs maintenance as many things in the room are flimsy and old. Staff are helpful. Room rates include breakfast.

All of the staff welcome us with the cheerful smile and very nice to us. The view was also spectacular! Really love it! The food are also delicious. Maybe we can't go to the beach because of rainy day, but we still satisfied with the view. Can't wait to go there again.

Lovely hospitality at great price. Although the hotel is not newly furbished, beds were really comfortable and the view was amazing. Great for a short stay. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms are huge and you would need to be on the second floor or higher to see the view. Lots of parking.

An elegant stay by the beach. This Hotel is graciously located by the Beach side surrounded by coconut trees and a breezy sea wing in cool comfort. The room is comfortable, cosy and clean. The beds are relaxing and the bathrooms are clean with fresh towels. However, the tv is not up to date with limited channels. The restaurant in the hotel is a cool place for delicious meals. A good place to relax and chill.

The hotel is comfortable for an overnight stay or maybe two nights. The room's are clean enough, and its reasonably priced. Only thing is that you should cover up the drainage holes in the bathroom floor to prevent any cockroaches from coming into the room.

Room service menu: I love their chicken wing! Mee goreng mamak is delicious. Cantonese Seafood and Nasi Goreng Teluk Gadong are ok too. Mee hailam and New Molek Club Sandwich are so-so. Buffet breakfast: Limited menu but ok. Room: ok for non-fussy person. Leakage in toilet. But others are ok. With hot shower, enough toilet accessories. Kettle, al Quran tafsir, sejadah are provided. Extra pillows (total of 4). Oh btw, no refrigerator. The view from room is very nice. But you need to cross the road to go there. Plus, you cannot go near the beach because of high cliff. There's rocks but still unsafe to me. We enjoy our stay. Definitely will come back here again. We are not fussy ;)

It is a training hotel for UiTM students, thus you could see they are trying their best to please you. The room was quite spacious, but the toilet was very small and cramped. You have to maneuver your way in the toilet. Basic toiletries were given. The room was clean. There were few TV channels available, and they have a small convenience shop at the lobby. They also provided an iron and an ironing board (that's a plus point from me). There was a lift too, so you don't have to drag your bag upstairs (2 floors). The hotel faces the beach, and since it is situated in the UiTM campus, do expect people selling food at nearby stalls. It is quite near to the Dungun town area, so no problem finding other food stalls. The breakfast buffet was basic but tasty. I did not order room service, but I did notice the price of food was very, very cheap! Dungun is a small town, so you cannot find lots of good hotels nearby which are cheap and comfortable.…
