Located within the prime area (Batu Burok Beach, Kuala Terengganu City Centre, Kedai Payang & latest attraction for Terengganu, the lift bridge). Unfortunately, the hotel management really needs to review a major refurbishment project. Need to improve the quality of the service and also the interior design for the room. To revive back this hotel after this pandemic, the management should engage the right parties/person to bring back the glory days of the hotel.

The apartment looks old and not in good condition. The pillows r smelly, the wall is dirty, the couch is old, the kitchen is ... Speechless. The only I like is some of the dishes are delicious especially the curry noodles and grilled beef.

Terrible Terrible. The hotel is in urgent need of refurbishment and alos need tremendous improvement in the quality of breakfast, maintenance of hotel. The furniture esp bed and mattress need to be thrown away and replaced. No doubt the room is spacious and big (4 room apartment) but it is depressing. Bathroom is in horrible condition Even if the hotel offers 50% discount, it will be more comforting to stay in to stay in the budget hotel

I was here for a night with family of three toung kids. The room was spacious enough but the cleanliness level could be improved. Its not really but not really thorough. I didnt choose the breakfast so couldnt really comment on it. Still eating is no problem as there are plenty of eateries nearby. The location is strategically located near the beach and general hospital.Swimming pool is just so so.

It's quite cheap, thus i dont expect much. We got a Deluxe apartment (3 bedroom). The space is huge, the view is nice. Bed is comfortable, parking is easy. We play at the pool for less than 30mins as it's not so enjoyable, just somehow wish they didnt do it indoor though. You can just walk from the apartment to the nearby eateries. They provide fridge, kettle, 3in1 coffee, and cups. Although it's an apartment, there's no plate, bowl, or cutlery provided. They didn't allowed any cooking inside the apartment.

The only positive point of this place was that rooms were spacious with great view of the coast, but the rest was poor to terrible. With respect to the title of this review I want to emphasize that the problem is 300% with the management and not with the housekeeping. When they finally prepared a second room for our party of 10 (because the first one we were given was too dirty) and they came to show us proudly that it was ready, we felt so sorry for the cleaning staff because the room was not cleaner than the first one. That is when we understood that the management had never made an effort to teach housekeeping how to clean, OR that the management was OK with terrible standards of cleaning (see photographs). Even our asthmatic children immediately started having problems as soon as they entered the room (they hadn't had any problems for the three weeks we were already traveling in Malaysia). When entering the room any person with a healthy nose smells the combination of dust and moulds. We decided to show the housekeeping some tips & tricks. We moved the beds to show them how dirty the floor was under them really was, with all sorts of stains and rubbish. We inspected the sheets with them, to highlight the difference between clean sheets and dirty sheets. We showed them how filthy the windows were (you practically could not look through them). And so forth. The housekeeping itself was of very good will and accepted and corrected for their mistakes. We left them for a couple of hours and when we came back the apartment looked spic & span. We fear, however, only our room looked spic & span and "normal" or "usual" guests (local ?) were probably OK with the terrible level of cleanliness. Other services: Breakfast: OK, but nothing special Indoor swimming pool: OK, clean (at least) Reception staff: could be more customer-oriented and friendly Location: nearby many restaurants Will I stay there again ? Never ! The improvements we helped to achieve will be for the sake of future guests but not us.

The staff here are friendly and welcoming, and our apartment was very spacious, with a good view out to the sea. Unfortunately, the whole place is very run-down and grotty. The cleanliness of the room was just about acceptable (though there were various bits of gunk, for want of a better word, lurking in the corners), but the common areas, apart from the lobby itself, were pretty unspeakable. On our arrival, we saw a stack of dirty plates and food packaging right outside the lift on our floor. There they remained for the entire weekend, gaining some friends at some point. In this kind of climate, you might as well put out little red carpets for rats and roaches, and offer them a welcome drink. Just disgusting. The swimming pool is, unfortunately, not the cleanest. The food was quite good, mostly local dishes with some Western staples too. Breakfast is a buffet with a good variety. We didn't try the Western food but the local stuff was pretty good. The room service menu is limited but service was efficient.

I booked this hotel for a night stay. I booked a 3-bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious but looks quite old and stinky. The towel provided smells like it has been there for a month. I hate the mirror rack in the bathroom. It looks like it was a Do-It-Yourself. It's not only ugly, but it was also not properly mounted. The bed was ok. Breakfast taste was ok but lack of variety. The indoor pool was so-so, because it was confined to a small space. Luckily the view from our window was nice. The reception desk clerks were not friendly at all...no smile. I did not feel welcomed. I wonder how people could give high ratings to this hotel.
