The Stiltz is very nice Lodge type of hotel on the edge of Swakopmund only 200 meters from the sea. The staff was super friendly and always willing to help and assist. Nothing was too much for them. The chalets/rooms on stilts looking out to sea. Lovely idea. Furnishing is simple and tasteful. A number of african wooden sticks serve as decoration. Beds are hard but amazingly comfortable. "Excellent" is the one word that sums up this place. Excellent people, excellent rooms, excellent breakfast,... It's not only accomodation, "The Stiltz" is really a home away from home. Loved it and if I have the chance, I'll go stay there again any time. More
