Biggest problem: the non-smoking rooms stank of old, stale cigarette smoke, which is a problem for the two asthmatics in our group. We stayed at this hotel as a stop over between UAE and Muscat. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the pool was lovely and the food good. I would say this is a good value for money place to stay. We had a room near the pool (they have one's over looking the car park), a peaceful location
