Maria Angola is simply a superb hotel. It is quite affordable too. The rooms are clean, gorgeous, with modern amenities and a decent sized bathroom with shower and hot water supply. The bed is large, comfortable and cozy. There are lots of TV channels to provide for the entertainment. You get free access to high speed internet too which helps... More

We only had one short night here. The hotel nothing exciting but fine for the price - and the staff were very nice and helpful. Even got up early so they could serve us breakfast (which was a good one) before our early morning tour pickup. We arrived too tired the night before to go far for food (and the... More

It is a very nice hotel. Everything was clean, and very well organized. The staff is wonderful. Everybody in the hotel is friendly, particularly Omar. They are really committed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. As soon as you arrive, they start taking care of you. One more thing, breakfast is really good and it is... More

I can not recommend this hotel. It began when the toilet was broken. I wanted it cooked and I was kind enough to wait until the next day. We also tested the computer and the internet at night and it was absolutely the worst and slowest we've had on our trips to världen.Hotellet was also nothing to brag about too... More

Stayed two nights. The Staff is amazingly freindly and accomodating. The hotel itself has been 'updated' and is in decent shape but the small things have gone untouched, as they sometimes do in smaller hotels. The ceilings were all peeling and water damaged in our room, the carpets were worn and dirty, stuff like that. Our room was decent, huge... More

We stayed at the Maria Angola for two nights, before and after our Lake Titicaca tour, which included a night with a local family on Amantari Island. We had some mixed feelings about this hotel. The location is convenient to the Plaza de Armas (main square) about 3 blocks away. The hotel features wood paneling throughout, a uniquely carved front... More

I reserved 2 nights using credit card points- it was a simple but clean hotel, relatively well located although up a steep hill on a side alley. The best feature was the staff who were very helpful with arrangements including a cab to Sillustani. Free internet in the lobby was also a plus. Breakfast was nothing to write home about... More

Quiet place which seems a bit tucked away, away from main part of town but easily walkable. Although all up hill on the way back which can be tough at this altitude. Not a bad place, rooms reasonable size and clean. Was a bit quiet when we stayed, not many other guests which made for strange atmosphere. Breakfast ok, staff... More
