We stayed here two nights after arriving from Colca Canyon and then going to Lake Titicaca the next day. The rooms were clean but a bit dark as have several of our rooms been in Peru. The staff was helpful, even loaning their phone to make a call. We had laundry done and it was clean, pressed, and cheap. Breakfast was... More

Very good hotel: comfortable, quiet, good breakfast (with cooked breakfast as well). The only thing I did not like was the attitude of two recepcionists who were not welcoming at all. However, I would stay there again. Oxygen supplies available. More

This family owned hotel is 1 block away from the main pedastrian walk. All good restaurant and good shopping are just minutes away. Hotel itself has most the ammenities to satisfy the travellers. Rooms are on the small side and old fashion CRT TV are still there. Portable heater is used to keep the room warm, no aircondition necessary. Large... More

The hotel is centrally located in this sleepy town, convenient for eating places, tour agencies and banks. The breakfast is very good with Andean products. Rooms have heating which can be useful on cold nights. However it is very dark and dingey, with inadequate lighting in the rooms. More

This hotel is within 2 blocks of the walking mall. The hotel itself is a great value. It's hard to beat the location and price if you are looking for a clean and comfortable 3 star hotel. This is a family-owned hotel and it has free internet access and within a 5 minutes walk of tons of restaurants. More

We stayed at this hotel for a night while visiting Lake Titicaca. The hotel is right in the heart of the city and close to the Plaza and the little shopping that you can do here. It is close for restaurants as well. The hotel is clean, the rooms are small but adequate. A breakfast buffet is included in the... More

I got a great rate for our room, which was basic but very clean. This is a hotel not a hostel - there were little handsoaps and hair shampoo/conditioner. A very thorough daily cleaning. We stayed during Puno days, so I was nervous we wouldn't even be able to get a room. To the contrary, I felt that we were... More

This hotel had such character and charm. On our recent trip to Peru, this was my favorite hotel. It is family owned, and they care about their culture, their business, and their customers, which adds up to a service ethic that is hard to convey in words. It is very clean, very comfortable, and conveniently located on a quiet street.... More

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while exploring lake Titikaka. The main shopping street and the harbour are both within walking distance from the hotel. The rooms have carpets that could be changed, and the same goes for the 80s looking bedding. Aside from that the bathroom was very nice with a bath tub. There was a heater... More
