“very basic and not very inviting place”

Very friendly owners and close to the centre, but overall a little strange place... we appeared to be the only guests despite visiting in the main season, rooms quite cold (but we were supplied with extra blankets), disappointing breakfast with bread that appeared to be several days old. This hotel is about 2 blocks From the main plaza in Puno. It was roughly about $15 per night(Single). We stayed here mid July and it was cold. They do have heaters in the rooms but because the building is made of cinder block and plaster it does not insulate the room very well so you feel the cold from... More

Hello,a very quick review - the hostel itslef is not much to talk about, really. It is VERY basic, and very VERY COLD. The rooms are just freezing and it really is a spoiler. Other than that - its clean and the staff is nice. if you are going there in the Peruvian summer, then may be it gets warmer. More
