Staff is great. Food is great. Hotel is a total dump. Its clean but totally worn down. Needs major renovation. Seriously..this is the worse Mandarin Hotel I have stayed at. Its more like a Holiday Inn but I think even the Holiday Inn In Manila is a better property!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mandarin Oriental Manila for six nights. We were extremely happy with the cleanliness, room size (Club Deluxe room), fast wifi speed, facilities and ever so friendly staff who went out of their way to assist wherever possible. Fantastic stay and recommend to anyone looking to stay in Manila.

Efficient and friendly staff, excellent food, comfortable rooms and a short walk from shopping and bars at Green Belt. The only thing I could find to fault the hotel is that Wi-Fi was not free and the carpets in the corridor my room was on were a bit thread bare - tiny complaints during a pleasurable stay.
