After a bad experience with a 4 star hotel in makatim we tried the Copa hotel and were very pleased. The rooms are very big with wooden floor. Everything is super clean. Lots of hot water. The location is great- in Makati, next to Greenbelt Malls and resturants that are open all night. More

I booked 2 rooms thru Agoda.com for this hotel as the price seems to be reasonable. BAD decision. VERY DARK entrance up to the elevator. When we checked-in, I asked the front desk for adjacent rooms. She said "yes ma'am..." Soon as we saw the rooms, they were located in separate hallways, both on opposite ends of the building. Duhhhh!!!... More

We booked this hotel as it was the best rated available hotel on booking .com at the time. It had a rating of 7.3 and was described as "good". It is NOT a "good" hotel and we're amazed at how anyone could even suggest this. The hotel is a 'budget'/2 Star Hotel with a 3-4 star price. The rooms are... More

When staying in Makati the "Copa" is not our first choice (that would be the Dusit), but if looking for a relatively inexpensive hotel in a very good location it scores well. Not every stay there has been perfect, and the other reviews show that the service from staff, and the maintenance of the rooms is very inconsistent. Our most... More

Booked this hotel and made one of the greatest mistakes... Staff especially front desk manager was very unprofessional, unreasonable, arrogant and wasn't really keen on serving customer's needs. People, beware! If have made a mistake of checking in here be sure to check-out at 12:00 noon on the dot otherwise you will be charged for another day as "the system... More

Paid P2800 for a junior suite (too bad all such rooms faced the main road so quite noisy). We stayed 6 nites , manager Benj , very kind allowed us late check out at 4pm 'cos our flight was at 8pm. Rooms and bathroom dated but it's clean... good value for money at makati i feel. More

This is a hotel that is often missed in hotel searches. The hotel name probably does not help. From the name you would think it is a men's only hotel. Going back to the mid 1990's we have stayed at both this hotel and the El Cielito. The hotels are about the same in quality and used to be equally... More

Initially I was to book some other hotel, however my partner from Manila booked me this one - two JUNIOR SUITEs. After our arrival, the air condition in my room was not working, they changed me the room, however only provisionally, bcs "the roof is leaking and if the rain comes"... The air condition had not been to repair and... More

I've been here twice with my partner. The first time that we were here was is March 2008. We planned an overnight stay to be able to go around Makati (since this is just across Hotel Renaissance and Greenbelt). So, upon payment, (PLUS the 2K security deposit, mind you) the first room that we got was #305. It was really... More
