“Looks are deceiving”

This was our second stay, three years apart. Sorry but no improvement!! Room was not cleaned well. Sink was dirty, glasses were dirty, shower was broken thought this did get fixed. lights didn't work, beds did not have top sheets even after we asked a second time. More

When I spent a month's vacation in Davao City in August, I stayed in Chateau Del Mar Resort & Spa. There are too many signs of lack of maintenance in our room .We began to undertake minor repairs ourselves as the staff seems to have other things to do.
