When I arrived they had overbooked and gave me a free upgrade to a suite. This was the nicest suite I have stayed in for a whole $70. Room was nice along with the 5 restaurants inside the place. Pool was great too!! More

This is a big hotel, very grand, really makes you feel good to stay there! 20 minute wait for check in was not a good, start, but it all got better from there. Great room, good ameneties, staff friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The bars are a bit pricey, but normal for this kind of hotel I guess. Free... More

The hotel is central and rooms are large and clean but a bit old. Tv in room is small. Lobby is being upgraded and should be ready by May 2012. Italian, Japanese, Chinese, and buffet restaurant are fairly good and make staying here for a few nights convenient. More

I was check-in at this hotel last March and I was impress with the service and hospitality of the security,reservations counter and the staff at the free buffet. Enjoyable overnight stay at this hotel Staff very helpful and polite. Hotel was undergoing some refurbishment in the lobby but this did not effect our stay too much. look forward to another stay. More

Arrived at Cebu International Airport and after usual clearance went to exit area and the Lounge for hotel guests, we were promptly escorted to a waiting limosine and taken to our hotel.
