“Helpful, good, but check what you want”

Compared to Napoleon Hostel which was like student digs- this was more like a family home. It's had some work done to it I think as I found it clean and tidy, including the bathrooms and plenty of sockets in the bedroom. And indeed most of the people staying treated like a home- ie polite, quite, sometimes watching TV. A... More

It is Ok hostel. They have everything needed. The location is great - 10-15 min to red Square on foot. However, bathrooms are kind of moldy and not perfectly clean. The kitchen is more gross: lots of staff, a few dirty dishes and just with old dirt around. I tried not to look around when I was having breakfast there.... More

Like a dirty student hovel - avoid Bathrooms were grim, sinks covered in hair and toilet hadn't been cleaned for weeks. Floors and shower mats were always sopping wet and never mopped/cleaned. Toilet was blocked -owner tried half-heartedly  to unblock by pouring bleach down it then left it blocked Double room only just big enough for the bed, room not... More
