Very convenient location situated just 3 mins walk away from Smolenskaya metro station. English speaking receptionists and excellent services provided from receptionists all the way to cafeteria staff. The cafeteria serves excellent food which came much as a surprise for me. we booked for a visit with a group of friends and got all the help (invitation letter needed for applying for visa) and information directly from the hotel. Rooms are nice and breakfast top. You can walk to the Red Square and the metro is just 100 meters away. The reception staff all speak English.
