Hotel was nice - rooms clean and spacious. But would expect more for the price i paid. Had noisy fridge in the room which didnt help me to sleep. Also no blinds on the windows which makes more difficult to sleep during summer when it gets bright very early as well as wen you have street light under your window...... More

Stayed Three nights in April. Convenient for the train station where you can get the fast train to Domodedovo Airport. Reception was friendly and thankfully they spoke good English. We stayed as a break on our TransSiberian Railway journey last year. Nice big, clean rooms. Took us about 45 minutes to walk to Red Square along the river, but the subway was close and only two stops from the square on the green line.. We stayed at the Katerina City Hotel, a non-smoking hotel, for a few days last month. The personnel staff was helpful, friendly and polite; the service staff was attentive. “The Place for a short Business Trip”

As many times mentioned, the location is great - close to Paviletzky, quiet place - since May 2013, a nice Restaurant / Bar is only 150m away. ...beware if you are visiting when there are national holidays. We stayed just prior to the Victory Day celebrations and found the restaurant closed for the whole of our stay. Otherwise the hotel was excellent - a good bar, decent rooms with a free mini bar and excellent breakfast. Walk to the metro is about 10 minutes which is useful... More

The restaurant hall was closed but you could get the same dishes in the lobby bar or in room, both 24/7. We will change this... More

“Great location to explore Moscow - easy to get to from Airport”

What a great hotel - clean rooms - good restaurant and easily accessible to all sights in Moscow. We will be back !! Situated south east of red square only two stops on the green metro line, this has robe an ideal location. “Excellent Hotel”

We stayed here on a Go Russia Tour May-June 2012. It's an excellent hotel, the breakfast was very good and the free mini bar was a really nice extra. The hotel is in a very quiet area, but there are restaurants nearby and the underground is just a short walk away.
