The Maxima Irbis is very remote from any tourist attractions. It is a half mile walk to the nearest Metro. Our travel agent booked us for two nights and provided Maxima Hotels vouchers for dinners for two evenings. The hotel refused to honor our dinner vouchers for the second evening.

I just got back from Moscow. Maxima Irbis is really good hotel. The Metro station Vladykino is located 10 minutes away by foot and it takes you about 20 minutes into Tverskay st or Red Square . Little bit far from the tube (Metro) station and the city centre. However, their service was good, receptionist were kind, room was really clean and comfortable!

Moscow city is beautiful and this hotel is just too far from the city centre. The only quick way to get around the city would be to take the underground rail.
