A reasonable hotel... typical corporate type of place. Rooms are fine, modern, sleek, no extra touches but perfectly acceptable and with some reasonable views. The let down though is the restaurant for breakfast/dinner if your on a tour or any package deal. If you imagine a university canteen then you have the dining experience. It can get very very busy... Our room was nicely furnished with a comfortable bed. Security is good as you have to show your room key to get access to the lifts. The lobby area is pleasant, although the chairs could do with being re-upholstered. We ate in the bar lounge one night and the food was very good and a reasonable price. There was lots... More

I stayed here for two nights in early April. I found it a very acceptable hotel. It's big but it never seemed overpowering. The front desk staff were good & had a smile. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice & enough sitting places. I never ate dinner in the hotel but went to the Irish pub just across the... More

The rooms were very nice, modern, big and clean, the service was good for Russian standarts..Breakfast was so so..one of the disadvantages of staying in this hotel was its location..after about midnight, impossible to go there without a taxi..it was distant from the main attractions..you can stay there, but be ready to pay some rubles for transportation..

Advantages: - our suite room was quite big and nice. I can really recommend you it if you want to have some additional space; - sea view is worth taking as well; Remarks: - almost uneatable breakfast. Though it's free of charge, I think they should try harder to satisfy their guests. That sausages and omelette were not tasty at... More

I have recently stayed seven nights, and I would recommend this hotel to other travellers. Staff is good, rooms were well appointed and modern. Room was made every day. Breakfast was good. The hotel has a large foyer with shops, bar, dining/ breakfast rooms and a very decent restaurant. Bar is open 24 hours. Live Jazz in the evening. The... More

We spent three nights at this hotel as part of a Trafalgar tour. Our room was clean and the beds were narrow but they had a good mattress. Furnishings were minimal but perfectly adequate. Since we did our travels as part of a group, the distance from the city center was not a problem. If you are part of a... More

The hotel is very big, you have to remember the location of your room carefully if you gonna stay there for few days. I can't tell the location because i joined a group tour to visit St. Petersburg. Room is clean but no free wifi. There is a supermarket next to the hotel, where you can buy some local snack... More

We stayed here during a conference and, though I was hesitant about our stay based on reviews on this site, I was content with the hotel. Room was comfortable, no problems checking in and staff was cordial and all spoke English. Buffet breakfast was fine, and ample enough to hold us until well in the afternoon. Cash was readily available... More
