i went to this hotel on ramadan 2008 it was a very good hotel. location is good very near to haram. rooms very clean and comfort. staff very helpful . i don't use the restaurant. overall very good hotel.
Went to madina after umrah in early June 12. The hotel is very clean, foyer was nice. Bedroom was fine. Ideal location for the Masjid Nabwi. We stayed here in 2010 while visiting Madinah. Location is very good, close from mosque and shopping, food etc. Airconditioning was bit noisy and curtains were not enough to stop day light. 3 star hotel as compared to UK standard.
More like a 2-3 star hotel, however very close to Masjid Al Nabawi. Concierge was a great help
