Stayed there during the 2012 Hajj. It is around 10 minutes from the haram on a busy road where you have to dodge cars to get the haram. Rooms average (no safe) and bathrooms were poor. Supporting helpdesk/reception staff. Do not serve food at the hotel room maybe cause of ramadan. The bath tub could have been cleaner though. Overall better service than the hotels i've stayed in so far.
