Stayed here on 2 occasions 19/5/10 and 24/5/10.
This hotel was in the town centre. Close to all amenities and shopping malls. Free internet, hotel was a little dated, but the rooms were clean. On one occasion had to contact Housekeeping as the bath towels had large holes in them. Also asked for 2 cups as there was tea making...

Downtown hotel that is in the middle of everything in Guilin. The hotel is located on the corner of the 2 main streets in Guilin, Jiefang and Zhongshan rd. The enterence to the hotel is in the back street that intersects Jiefang rd.

Booked online - reasonably polite staff, but rooms were disgustingly dirty. We changed rooms after complaining, but our new room was the same. I don't think their carpet had ever been cleaned. Our children's feet were literally black after running around on the floor for 30 minutes. Don't do it!

My family and I booked our room online for a stay during the Chinese labor holiday. Upon arrival the hotel told us that the rate we booked at 270 RMB was incorrect and that we would have to pay the "holiday" fee of 680 RMB!!! Once we explained the situation- and they realized the fault was theirs they gave us...
