Good reliable business hotel. Good location for work in Binjiang. Staff are uber friendly. Rooms are great. Food could be a bit better, but is reasonably priced. Has good gym and facilities. I have stayed here about 5 times over the last 18 months and the service is very consistent

Stayed here for one night. Stayed in a corner room, think it was an upgrade to junior suite. Very comfortable, excellent facilities, no complaints. I stayed here in January when it was cold and the lobby area was unpleasantly cold as a result. Otherwise good corporate hotel

Stayed for 2 nights in the Four Points Hangzhou, did not realize the hotel was so far away from West Lake. Besides the distance, the stay was nice, clean, neat, and quiet. Of course, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Always was able to flag a taxi for me in this notoriously difficult taxi city.
