This tower hotel is located outside the city centre of Hangzhou in the World Trade complex close to shopping mall with more than 1000 shops. Manly leather goods and clothing. I have had the pleasure of staying here for a couple of nights. The staff is very friendly and service oriented, but the english skills are not too good, but with some patience it works out fine. Great breakfast buffet, which should accommodate most needs.
