Our room looked perfect at first sight. Yet by looking around, water leak stain on the ceiling and carpet near the bathroom could be found. It really needs to be refurbished. There are comfortable beds in the room though. I am pleased with the breakfast which has quite a lot of varieties. There are Chinese as well as western food.

Only highlight was proximity to walking street full of great restaurants and night eating. Not that close to Xihu and price reflects that, as it is much cheaper. Rooms were Holiday Inn standards, but were damp and smelled. Probably are nicer hotels for this price in Hangzhou, but not a bad property.
