“Beautiful location, but dated”

I came here with my family -- we enjoyed our stay. The location was very beautiful and convenient. It seems dated -- like maybe once upon a time it was a fancier place, but it's clean and I enjoyed our stay.

“Not Up to Western Standards”

This property is listed as the "The New Hotel West Lake" on agoda.com Avoid this hotel. It is not up to western standards. A bit moldy and dirty, it has seen better days. The best feature is it's location but you can do better at any number of other properties in the area.

The Xinxin Hotel which also seems to go by the name of the New Hotel in Hangzhou is located on the shore of West Lake. Very beautiful view of the West Lake (Xi Hu) as the hotel is directly facing the West Lake. Room was good and nice, well enjoyed for a night.
