Nice hotel , staff very helpful , and easy to get to everything as Mono rail and curtesy bus right at hotel ..peaceful and nice to be that little bit out of the hussel and bussel of the big city .. It is not located in the city side but plenty of transportation. Nice room with a terrace if you stay at south wing and a huge swimming pool. They have a lot of restaurants, I had a buffet breakfast at 30th floor in main building, normal food but wonderful view. It was a pleasant stay.

I stayed a couple of days for a convention. Rooms are quite large, much larger than the usual japanese room, with a nice view. I recommend high floor with a western side view. Many restaurants inside the hotel and in the immediate vicinity. Hotel is perfectly connected by the railway system to the key places in Kobe.
