We stayed 3 nights. The hotel staffs are very helpful for researching any requests and questions I had. Excellent location, just cross the street from the Kyoto station. Easy access to Nara, Osaka. We were only able to get a small double but the room is spotlessly clean, quite comfortable and Kyoto station is just across the road. So for convenience this hotel is hard to beat. Transport, shopping, eating - everything you need is right here. The room IS small, but then again that's often the case in Japan. More

We took the bullet train from Tokyo to Kyoto and just walked across the street and there was the hotel. 16000 yen a night. Reception on the 3rd floor. Room is small but very comfortable. Problems again with the sink. Too low. Knees hit when using a wheelchair. Toilet also, is rather low, hard to transfer back to the whelchair.... More

The hotel is in a very convenient location, just opposite JR station, and huge shopping mall. Very new, clean and modern. Great facilities and everything works perfectly. Comfy bed.
