Hotel is very conveniently located but could use some freshening up. Our double occupancy room had single beds which felt rather small. We paid extra to get a top floor room with a view but the vie was simply of the street so I don't recommend paying the extra. More

Good location, close to the Geisha area with lots of bars and restaurants. Walking distance to some of the excellent UNESCO World Heritage sites.
