Within an easy walk of the train station Shimizu is very well located. The rental bicycles available from the hotel are perfect for exploring Kyoto. Staff were helpful, polite, and spoke english. The rooms were clean, comfy and quiet. Lots of personal touches made the stay extra special. highly recommend. More
