We went to the sister hotel first but they gave us a map of how to find it. Decent size room for a Japanese hotel. Our room had a great view of Nagano. the hotel is a five minute walk from the station making it quite convenient.

This hotel was renovated two years ago. One would have thought they had just finished renovation as every aspect of the room we stayed in looked new.
