I booked a twin room with single occupancy and got a very, very large room with a great view over Osaka. Great comfort, obviously, and perfect service, including at the pricey but excellent breakfast buffet. Location at Shinsaibashi metro station is also very convenient, both for exploring Osaka and to get to the train stations.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Check in was fast, staffs were helpful. Room is bigger than usual Japanese hotels. Location is the best, it is in the main road of Osaka and surrounded by shopping malls and great restaurants. Perfect!
