The hotel is very good and spaces are wide and well furnished. The service is good. Restaurants are ok.the standard rooms are not so wide and seems to be ten years ago. It is well connected with the city with a very near station.

Very friendly staff, especially from the concierge desk. Room is big when comparing with normal Japanese hotels. Good quite location albeit a bit away from shopping arcades. Have frequent free shuttle bus and a small metro link to other major underground stations.

Had a great stay, the Rhiga is a huge , but very nice Hotel with reasonable prices. Food options were excellent and location quite good. To use the gym and pool facilities was extra and not worth the hefty cost.
