The hotel is quite spacious though is a bit dated but really well maintained. Very comfortable bed and clean room. Just beside metro line station , 2 stops from Namba station which is the gateway to famous Dotonburi area and shinsaibashi shopping area . Shall try the okonomiyaki and toriyaki in Osaka.

Good location. 5 mins walk to subway. Breakfast offer variety and wide range of choices. Free Internet in room and lobby. Anything we need more? This is an impressive hotel. Rooms are very large It is well postioned being close to rail line and the normal abundant shops and restaurants that congregate there. Hotel handles well in an earthquake, something that was a bit of an unplanned Japanese experience Breakfast met the ususal high Japanese standard

Well appointed, spacious room; very helpful staff; wired internet; Little out of central Osaka but very handy to rail station and subway. Good variety of restaurants in-house and also on the top floors of the department store next door. We stayed 3 nights on our own and one within a tour and would go back again. Recommend it highly.

We used points to stay at this miyako and unfortunately turned down the upgrade we were offered since they only had twin suites. We should have taken the upgrade...the rooms were very dingy and outdated with a smokey smell. Put a small damper on our last nights in Tokyo.
