First I was check in only myself because my family coming a day later. First day check in I see the receptionist are unprofessional at all in doing they job. It's look like practical student or something like that. They cannot even find my booking easily. It's took more than 20 min just to check in and get my key. However I though is okay, I being check in to many other place in different country. Even I arrive already late. Next day coming, my family arrived and I already booked one family suite room, where in the booking it's show the room fill with one Queen Bed and another single bed. So I booked. Sadly when we check in, the reception give my family a normal room, which is only come with one Queen bed. So I tell the lady boys that I am booking for this room and show her my booking. But it's looks like she not understand at all and asking me how much I pay for that room I booked, I tell her the price and she say wow expensive, yes because is suite room and come with 2 beds inside, so is not issued for me. But after that she offer me to take 2 rooms instead of one room for my parent. So I was very sad and unhappy. Because my parent was super tired and to check in again it take more than 30 min so I was thinking this is my nightmare to stay at this place. I don't want to discuss more because I can see the mentality from every receptionist they all tired and stressed being working and I think I cannot discuss anything with them. If I do it will end badly and sadly. So I just asking them quickly give the key to my parent because they are tired. Only one thing I am not happy is the reception are super bad and not friendly at all and not helping at all. They not even know which room customers make a booking for. To others I recommend you better stay somewhere else which is much nicer and easier for parking and everything. I choose this place because if parking service they have. But no you have to pay for the parking too. Even is just under this hotel. Never again

Staying in room 901 was a nightmare to me.Can't even sleep. There were cockroaches everywhere. They even crawling on the bed and pillows. The hot shower is not hot at all.Not even near to warm.Called the housekeeping around 9++pm,he said will come over and check but after half an hour of waiting didn't turn up.Then I call the reception counter,a guy answered and said he will send a maintenance but guess what, the maintenance also seems to be MIA..Waited until my husband asleep (11pm).And me?How can I sleep with the cockroaches were crawling here and there.Managed to caught 2 cockroaches and I passed them to the receptionist the morning we checked out.Ask to see the manager or whoever in charge but she claimed no one is there instead of her. This is ridiculous.I will never ever come back to this place.I wonder where does all those good reviews comes from. There is no cleanliness at all.Even the bed frame is full with dust.Or is the room I got was actually a defect room?Look at those swithes,,do you think it's safe for the guests to use?? Totally NOT RECOMMENDED!!

I stayed at this hotel after it was being recommended by my best friend. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. They gave me the best room which is facing the NU Sentral Mall. The view was spectacular especially at night. Not to mentioned that the hotel is walking distant to KL Sentral which connects to other major public transports and it makes even more super convenient to walk around KL city. This is most probably the best hotel in KL. Highly recommended...Thank you, Hotel Sentral Kuala Lumpur for making my stay so enjoyable....Hope to see you, very soon ❤️❤️❤️

Made booking for my 3D2N stay but it was totally unpleasant. The bathroom was not clean, defect here and there. No light at the shower area, no hot shower, saw cockroaches in the bathroom and worst, me and husband bought Mcd before check in, left it for a while on the table and went down to go to nearest 7e. When we back in the room to eat, the cockroaches had already there inside our food. Called the reception so many times to report about the defects and cleanliness, they only said the maintenance and housekeeping staff will come in to check. But nobody attend us! No mineral water provided. When I asked them to send it to my room, they told me that they never provide such things for superior room. I asked to upgrade or change to another available room, they said all fully booked. But when I search in their online booking, there were plenty rooms available to book. What?? And also got three indian person (thought they are a family) knocking our door so damn loud and shouting against us. They were looking for their daughter. When we said that we don't know and they might got wrong room number, they still knocking the door endlessly. Lucky someone called their phone and then they went away. Question now, how can outsider come up the room without key, and nobody aware of this? What was the staff doing? Not checking it thoroughly? Felt really unsafe. Dissapointed, terrible experience. Overall, not gonna come again.

This was supposed to be a short night stay with good experience, I had a very high expectation because the hotel has a "3 Star" rating, but to be honest, this condition of this hotel and from the experience, it only deserve 1 star or at least 2 star rating. 1. Many things doesn't work in the room (and also in the other rooms because some customers from the same date of stay complaint too) for example, the telephone, the airconditioner(room feels HOT) and the hot shower (doesn't feel any increase in temperature). 2. Inexperience staff at the counter. During my stay, I was managed by a boy, a) he doesnt smile, b) he cant make decision when 'issue' happened , c) he made a decision that I cannot stay the night just because my IC/Mykad is Sabah (even though I AM STAYING at Damansara) which leads to d) I had to request an audience with a person of higher authority than him to make negotiation. 3. The TV is very outdated. The tea(s)/coffee in the room feels expired! not to mention, they do not offer refilling for the tea-set! The only good side is the breakfast provided (below mediocre quality) and request fulfilled for high room view. However, it doesn't justify the price RM79! I was experienced a 5 star hotel for only RM 88 (Hotel Istana, even though it was during promo) but it should give you an idea for the benchmarking! with all the bad conditions, the price should be lowered! Extra: I repeat, this hotel doesn't deserve a 3 star rating (at its current state) because I stayed and experienced a 3 star hotel such as Royale Borneo Hotel at Tawau, their breakfast buffet was superb with wide selection of foods, and you can always request to refill your tea (FOR FREE), and moreover, the bathroom is WORKING (hot and cold shower) and is WIDE. Please downgrade and claim your rating to be a 2 star rating unless you do a drastic changes and renovation otherwise I don't recommend you to stay here. Bad experience ever!

This room services are so bad. Inside, it was noisy due to the air conditioner. I'm so tired of staying in hotel rooms with lousy light (mostly quantity, but quality also bugs). From working at night to packing early in the morning, it's damn annoying not begin able to see very well. Please sort it out next time.

I always travel alone to KL and for me it worth the price. I pay less than MYR100 for one night. The staffs also friendly. It is located near to the KL sentral. Plus, there are so many restaurants located in this area.
