This is not a hotel, should be changed to hostel. Bathroom leaves something to be desired. But if you want a very cheap hotel then this one is for you.

I've stayed here several times. This time, I thought I'd try out the MyHotel next door, but checked out after only one night due to one frustrating thing after another, and checked into the Hotel Mexico for about the 5th time over the past few years. As always, the staff were wonderful, the room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the stay has been wonderful. Interesting that the same staff is working here now as 5 years ago! They have recently added wi-fi to all the floors. I'm on the 4th floor and I get an excellent (5 bars) signal. There are 3 computers downstairs if you don't bring your own laptop, and the use is free if you're a guest. The Ipoh White Coffee is just next door, and it is very convenient to the monorail and KL Sentral, just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Check in is a smooth process. The room is very large, with plenty of furniture to make it comfortable. Nice bathtub, too. Rates are reasonable - 80 to 90 RM for a room with a king-size bed. This is a solid choice for accommodation in the part of town, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.…

I've stayed here twice, its a clean, nice hotel with rooms around the 100rm mark. It's a bit old compared to the near by My Hotels, but the rooms and bathrooms are bigger and there is less of a crowd. One of the rooms I stayed in was really big, with some quaint old furniture, and opened to a nice view (of a grimy side of KL). The staff are nice and helpful, but you need to ask. The only disadvantage is that there is no WiFi, but there are some PCs near the reception which you can use for internet or you could go to the next door Old Town Cafe for free WiFi. The location (KL Sentral) is extremely convenient, especially if you are coming/going from/to LCCT. The road the hotel is located in becomes a bit seedy in the evenings, but is quite safe otherwise. I would definitely stay there again.…
