Very nice hotel. Location is excellent and close to the KL towers. I booked a premier room with a tower view and it is worth the extra penny. The skyline by night with the towers in the back is great. My premier room was spacious although I imagined it a little bit bigger from the picture online. Westin Beds are... More

We spent five nights at in the Executive Club Room on the 31st floor. The room was spacious and clean, with clear views of the Petronas Twin Towers (even better at night). In comparison to other Westin hotels we stayed at in the past three years (Melbourne, Paris, Tokyo), I have to say this one looks run down. This particularly... More

It is worthwile spending some extra money to have an executive room. The use of the 3 floor lounge compensate the extra money by far. Apart from an excellent service snacks drinks etc the breakfast is top. Even coming late the breakfast buffet was always well stocked and looked like if I would be the first user. the lounge has... We have stayed at Westin KL many times and are never disappointed. Usually on the executive floor and a corner room which is absolutely massive and superbly comfortable. The staff in the executive lounge are friendly and professional and the food of reasonable standard. Breakfast in the main restaurant is an extravaganza and an international menu.It is handy to Jalon... More

Location – Perfect for shopping as the Pavilion Mall is directly across the road & within the Golden Triangle the main shopping district of Kuala Lumper. Check-in – We arrived early & our one bedroom executive apartment was ready. The staff were very friendly & efficient. Room – Our apartment was extremely spacious & modern with a kitchen, private balcony,... More

Checked in at the hotel on 15 April 2012 for one night. Check-in experience was nice with friendly staffs. However, the room card-key was frequently spoiled. I had to go down and up the elevator to get it revalidated at least 3 times! Room was nice with view to the Pavillion (this shopping centre is connected to the aircond walkway... More

Stayed here for 3 days for a work conference. Rooms are spacious with good amenities, and the toiletries are very good. The fitout is very nice and not dated at all.
