We chose this hotel because of location (amongst a fantastic array of restaurants and shopping), and also price. Hotels in Malaysia are western prices so the price was good. We were put on the 8th floor and it was very very quiet. Rooms are basic but adequate. Clean. Good service. Breakfast was included and at the little restaurant next door... More

Rooms are small and noisy (if you get a room facing the back alley/street like I did) , service is average (but not bad either) but the price is cheap. What do you get for your money? Close proximity to some awesome shopping centres and the eating goodness that is Jalan Alor. Oh and a somewhat seedy but safe street... More

I chose to stay in this hotel because of it's proximity to all the Kuala Lumpur points of interests. The hotel has that old world charm (shophouse exterior was nice) the room's size was ok, Check-in and check-out was a breeze. A money changer is conviniently located at the lobby, it's best to change most of your money here. The... More

Room was bit tired looking but for the price cannot complain. Have stayed here several times over the years and the last time will be my last! The room includes breakfast for two and whilst staying there one night I asked for an early breakfast as I had an early connecting flight. The receptionist said "no problem" I stated time... More

This hotel seems stuck in a time warp, but it is clean and good value for money. The location is a short walk from an LRT station and it is close to eateries - including Jalan Alor food stalls at night - as well as shopping. Very central to walk to Chinatown and about 20 minutes slow walk to KLCC.... More

Avoid rooms near electric box end ie 04 and 05 it emits an awful hum. Staff expect tips inspite of the fact that the hotel charges service charge. Staff not really interested. Don't send out laundry it comes back dirtier than it went we did get a discount. Food is plastic. chicken restaurant brilliant, turn out of hotel to the... More

Very clean and the location's in the middle of Bukit Bintang, for those who are always up and about, the room's quite small though but it's okay I suppose since you won't be spending much time in it anyways. Super clean! Quite amazed at the house keeping service as well.. They gave us free coupons for breakfast but the food... More

We stayed here for two nights. The room was very clean. The cold and hot shower worked well. Location was great. Shops, restaurants and malls are in walking distance. Breakfast served were nasi lemak (Malaysian cuisine) and western cuisine. We could choose one of them. Although they were not very delicious we liked both of them. Staff were always willing... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights and found it value for money. Central and close to shops and attractions of inner city and the rooms were clean if a little tired. Staff great who were always willing to assist. Went for a walk at 5am but retreated to the hotel due to the large number of pimps and their... More
