We booked a 3- bedroom suite thru their website and when we got there, we were upgraded to a bigger room. The suite is spacious and just enough for a family of 4 to 5. Very NIce service suite apartment, FUrniture are little old but nice and clean room. All daily use amenity and components are available. upgraded to 2 bedroom suite from 1 bedroom suite. Check in on 26th Jan 1 night for 1 bedroom bt was upgrade to 2 bedroom at same corporate rate RM240. Tks to Mr Andy. Overall staff service was super amazing. Im regular there. Staff able to me by name. Im touched. Its like 2nd home in kl.
