“Outstanding service”

I stayed here with my entire family for a birthday party in December 2011. We stayed for 7 nights in the penthouse suite. Staff were very helpful, breakfast exquisite with an abundance of local cuisine. A must stay if visiting KL

Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel staffs were very polite and helpful. We stayed on the 14th level and its non smoking. Great value hotel. Nice buffet. Pleasant and helpful staffs. Near to all the shopping centres near Jalan Imbi such as Pavillion, Sungai Wang.. Nearby hotel have a lot of hawkers which you can enjoy supper there..

“Good Place to stay in KL for family.”

Its one of the great hotel that i stayed in KL. Reasonable and value for money. Although i am bit disappointed with their room service and they need to look into that. Overall, everything is perfect or near to perfect and i like to stay there again.
